Shipping policy

Our products are shipped nationwide. Orders typically take 4 to 8 business days to prepare for shipping. Tracking info is provided via email after order has shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUMMER CANDLE SHIPPING: Since our candles are temperature-sensitive, candle orders are only shipped Monday-Wednesday during summer months to reduce time spent in transit. Be sure to pay attention to your tracking information to avoid your package sitting outside (i.e., in the sun, etc.) for an extended period of time.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR IN-STORE PICKUP: At checkout, orders designated for in-store pickup will typically be available within 4 to 8 business days from our shipping location at 175 Tanyard Springs Boulevard Hillview KY 40129. When the order becomes available, an email will be sent to notify that the order is ready. We will follow-up via phone or email to arrange a date & time for pickup. We may request to view your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please note that, once available, orders will only be held for 14 calendar days.
