Holiday hours & shipping

While we typically strive to ship all orders within 4 to 8 business days, West Rose will be prioritizing rest, rejuvenation, and time spent with loved ones over the holiday season. Therefore, we will be observing special holiday hours from December 20th to January 5th. During this time, there may be significant delays in email response time and shipping. 

To ensure that you receive your items in time for Christmas, please place orders no later than December 19th. Please keep in mind that orders placed after December 19th will experience delayed shipping, with order fulfillment resuming on January 5th.

NOTE: Gift card purchases will NOT be impacted and can be purchased at any time with no delay.
